All orders are placed directly with us through WhatsApp or Instagram. Once you message us, we will confirm product availability, final pricing, and any customisation details before your order is finalised.

Prices listed on this website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are confirmed at the time of order, as they may change without notice.

Orders are typically dispatched within a few business days of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and will be shared with you when your order is confirmed.

Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Because many of our products are consumable or personal care items, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Customised items, such as engraved coins, cannot be cancelled or exchanged once personalisation has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
